Responsibilities:

• Assist in product listing and catalogue uploads

• Support daily order processing and coordination with the dispatch team

• Update and maintain accurate inventory data

• Prepare daily and weekly Excel reports

• Check and maintain correct pricing, images, and descriptions on listings

• Coordinate with customer support and warehouse teams for returns and exchanges

• Support marketplace operations like Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio

• Handle additional tasks assigned by the E-commerce Manager

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, pivot table, basic formulas)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn and grow in e-commerce

Eligibility:

• Freshers and students can apply

• Internship duration: 3–6 months

• Must work on-site at Okhla, South Delhi
