Meta & Google Ads Expert

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and reduce ad spend wastage.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytical tools.
• Optimize audience targeting, keyword strategy, and retargeting efforts for increased conversions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adjust campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage and scale monthly ad budgets effectively while maintaining efficiency.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience

  in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in

  Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads Platform.

• In-depth understanding of

  CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate Optimization.

• Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
• Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights for campaign improvements.
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
