This role is ideal for someone who is not just performance-marketing savvy but is also deeply embedded in the e-commerce ecosystem of India, especially across audio electronics in the wearable and hearable category. You’ll be responsible for revenue ownership, sales growth, and end-to-end marketplace execution across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Q-Commerce, and more. You will need to bring a mix of strategic thinking, data analysis, marketplace relationships, and a strong understanding of e-commerce mechanisms to meet and exceed brand targets.
• Own revenue and sales KPIs across e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
• Develop and execute full-funnel strategies, from campaign planning to execution, for driving brand growth across online channels.
• Drive pricing strategy, launch decisions, promotions, stock movement, and category management with an understanding of sales cycles, seasonality, and platform algorithms.
• Have an in-depth understanding of category trends and buyer behavior in the audio electronics space (TWS, neckbands, smartwatches, speakers).
• Maintain strong working relationships with category/business teams at Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms to influence decisions around merchandising, visibility, and product placements.
• Closely coordinate with internal Ops, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams for inventory planning, stock replenishments, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor daily sales, DRR (Daily Run Rate), campaign performance, and marketplace dashboards.
• Conduct regular analysis of fast- and slow-moving products and take corrective actions like liquidation plans, bundling, or pricing revisions.
• Ensure campaign execution through the AdOps/Performance Marketing team and optimize based on data-led insights.
• Use tools like Helium 10, Amazon Pi, Amazon Drona for forecasting, reporting, and competitive intelligence.
• Drive reporting and strategic reviews (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) with actionable insights and performance analysis.
• Graduate/MBA with 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce/digital growth roles, preferably in consumer electronics or lifestyle tech.
• Proven track record of managing and growing revenue on Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms.
• Strong relationships with category teams at key platforms is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce operations including listings, order fulfillment, campaign optimization, and seller central mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience managing ad budgets and ROI-focused campaigns.
• Highly analytical, comfortable with Excel, BI tools, and marketplace reporting dashboards.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions independently, and deliver under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
