Role: E-Commerce Manager – Color Cosmetics Brand We are seeking a smart, results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our presence across major online marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Purplle, FirstCry, JioMart, and more. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and grow our presence across all key e-commerce platforms. Optimize product listings (SEO, imagery, content), pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to boost visibility and conversions. Analyze sales data and platform metrics to generate actionable insights. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth end-to-end operations. Stay on top of platform-specific trends, algorithm updates, and consumer behavior. Requirements 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and growth strategy. Deep understanding of online marketplaces and platform algorithms. Strong analytical skills and a knack for creative problem-solving.
