Roles & Responsibilities:- · Strong understanding of platform, policies, and algorithms, with experience managing seller or vendor central accounts. · Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts · Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers · Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet · Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up · Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs · Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. · Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skills Required:- · 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce sales, account management, or related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing ecommerce accounts. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software. · Experience in scaling campaigns profitably · Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central interfaces, as well as Amazon Advertising (formerly Amazon Marketing Services) and Amazon DSP Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
