· Manage online marketplaces (Amazon)
· Handle product listing, content updates
· Process and track online orders
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatch
· Maintain stock and inventory updates online
· Handle customer queries and feedback
· Plan and support online promotions and campaigns
· Coordinate with marketing and accounts teams
· Ensure timely updates and smooth online operations
