1. Overseeing the Online Store:

Managing the company's online store, ensuring products are accurately listed and categorized.
Optimizing the e-commerce platform for an exceptional user experience.
Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and sales data to identify areas for improvement.

2. Marketing and Sales:

Developing digital merchandising strategies and executing new product launches.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Creating strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
Managing the online payment systems and resolving any related issues.

3. Collaboration and Analysis:

Collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure a seamless online experience.
Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Using tracking tools like Google Analytics to develop reports and optimize performance.

4. Other Key Responsibilities:

Managing product portfolios and ensuring content on the company website is current and relevant.
Overseeing inventory restocking and coordinating with logistics teams.
Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the online buying process.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
