Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online retail channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, customer interactions, and analyze performance to drive sales growth and brand presence.


Responsibilities

Product & Content Management:

  • Manage product listings and cataloguing across e-commerce platforms.
  • Create and optimize A+ Content and Amazon Brand Store setup.
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization and keyword research to improve product visibility.

Advertising & Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including AMS, PLA, and PCA.
  • Run Sponsored Ads, email marketing campaigns, and promotions.
  • Develop campaign strategies and manage deals to maximize sales.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Implement SEO strategies.
  • Analyse sales data, competitor activity, and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.

Inventory & Operations:

  • Oversee inventory management and coordinate FBA operations.
  • Manage fulfilment centre appointments, purchase orders, pricing strategy, and returns.
  • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Customer & Vendor Handling:

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle customer service issues and monitor account health.
  • Address brand infringement and protect intellectual property.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in WordPress, Shopify, MS Excel (advanced), CSV/flat file uploads, and order management systems.

Additional Strengths:

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon marketplace.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling product descriptions, brand stories, and marketing content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management and coordination.
  • Ability to listen, provide feedback, and foster teamwork to ensure smooth operations.
