Job Description

detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive

Success in this role means:

How you'll fit in:

Responsibility

Manage end-to-end product catalogue including creating listings, bulk uploads, A+ content, variations, and ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing across all platforms
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and pricing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify to prevent stockouts and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports using MS Excel with performance analysis and actionable insights for management decision-making
Maintain account health ratings by handling A-to-Z claims, customer queries, reviews, feedback, and resolving policy violations or listing issues
Support marketing team with Amazon Advertising, keyword optimization, promotional campaigns, social media content, and basic image editing

Required

Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years managing e-commerce operations on Amazon/Flipkart
MS Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify
Experience with bulk upload tools and inventory management
Fluency in Hindi and English with strong email communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC, Sponsored Ads)
Basic image editing and SEO knowledge
Understanding of marketplace policies
