Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive based in Lawrence Road Industrial Area, Delhi-110035. The E-Commerce Executive will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and oversee account management for various online platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, implementing strategies to boost sales, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role requires multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
as an E-commerce Executive or in a similar role
Strong working knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis, basic formulas)
Experience managing
product listings, pricing, inventory & order processing
on marketplaces
Familiarity with
Amazon Seller Central
and at least one other platform (Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)
Ability to analyze
sales reports, margins, returns, and stock movement
Basic understanding of
e-commerce operations, cataloging, and backend workflows
Good coordination skills for working with
accounts, warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
Attention to detail with ability to handle
large data sets and multiple SKUs
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
