JSR Amenities is hiring a proactive and experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales across leading B2C marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) and B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, Udaan). If you have expertise in e-commerce, online sales, and digital marketing, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Udaan, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms
Ensure accurate pricing, inventory updates, and SEO-friendly product descriptions for higher visibility
Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback across all online channels
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, ads, and discount strategies
Analyze sales performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue
Coordinate with logistics providers for seamless order fulfillment
Develop and expand our B2B customer base by engaging with businesses through IndiaMART and TradeIndia

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce management, B2B B2C marketplace handling, or online sales
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, IndiaMART Seller Panel, TradeIndia, and Udaan
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and PPC ads for e-commerce growth
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
