Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, and order processing to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, stock updates, and order fulfillment
- Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies to improve visibility and conversions
- Handle customer queries and ensure a seamless online shopping experience
