E-Commerce Executive

Take full ownership of Amazon account management: product listings, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment, returns, and performance metrics

. ● Oversee product data management across marketplaces to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

● Drive reporting and insights through advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, performance analysis).

● Draft and review written communication including product descriptions, operational SOPs, and professional correspondence with stakeholders.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, reverse logistics handling, and issue resolution.

● Lead, mentor, and manage a small operations team, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and knowledge is transferred effectively.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams (warehousing, technology, sales) to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

● Proactively identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and implement best practices in e-commerce operations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

● 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon or other major marketplaces.

● Strong command of Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, automation, and MIS preparation). ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a small team.

● Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially in managing logistics and multi-stakeholder operations.

● Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
