Profile: E-Commerce Assistant

You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce executive, you will maintain all our sales touchpoints website, online marketplaces, and aggregators and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.

Objectives of this role

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
• Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach to drive sales.
• Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Criteria

1. Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree

  : first class throughout (60% minimum)

• Business Administration (BBA)

  or

  Management

  : Provides a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service.

• Marketing

  : Ideal for understanding the core principles of digital marketing and sales strategies.

• Commerce (B. Com)

  : Strong foundation in business, finance, and operations, which is helpful in eCommerce sales.

• Information Technology or Computer Science

  : In cases where understanding eCommerce platforms, websites, and digital tools is essential.

• Economics

  : Helps in understanding market demand, pricing strategies, and customer behaviour.

1. Experience with Online Education

Online courses, workshops, or training related to eCommerce, sales platforms.

   We will test the excel skills and suggest providing a training to the freshers for learning the required formulas.
