E-Commerce Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy & Management:Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, optimize the user experience, and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
• Sales & Performance Monitoring:Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Customer Experience: Ensuring a positive and seamless online shopping experience for customers, including providing timely support and addressing inquiries.
• Inventory Management: Managing product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and coordinating with other teams for inventory management.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other teams like marketing, sales, IT, and logistics to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and integration of initiatives.

Key Skills:

• E-commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders(Tele call Sales)
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to website performance, customer experience, and order fulfillment.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects, timelines, and resources effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
