For More Information Call On this Number : 6358849475 Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization for textile products. Handle e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and the company website. Monitor inventory, process orders, ensure timely dispatch, and coordinate with logistics partners. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, social media ads, and email marketing. Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on trends and competitor analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc. Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
