Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Female)

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executives (Female) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon store operations, with a strong focus on product listing, pricing, inventory, and order processing to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon.
• Ensure titles, descriptions, keywords, and images are accurate and optimized.
• Regularly monitor and update product details as required.

2. Inventory Management

• Track stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.

3. Pricing Management

• Monitor competitor pricing to maintain competitiveness.
• Implement promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies as per business requirements.

4. Order Processing

• Ensure timely order fulfillment in coordination with logistics partners.
• Manage returns, refunds, and customer queries efficiently.

5. Marketplace Optimization

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work on Amazon SEO strategies, including keyword research and A+ content creation.

6. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular performance and sales reports.
• Track and analyze advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Amazon advertising and sponsored products (preferred).

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and resolve complaints effectively.

Problem-Solving & Creativity

• Ability to troubleshoot listing issues promptly.
• Innovative approach to developing marketplace strategies.

Attention to Detail

• High level of accuracy in product data, pricing, and order handling.

Adaptability

• Eagerness to learn and keep up with Amazon policies and e-commerce trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or Amazon operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experienced only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
