E-Commerce & CRM Executive

E-Commerce Operation:

· Assist in managing product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

· Support order processing, tracking, and fulfillment in coordination with logistics and inventory teams.

· Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Engagement:

· Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and company policies through email and chat.

· Assist in resolving customer issues effectively and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Social Media Management:

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

· Schedule and publish posts, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.

· Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Content Creation:

· Assist in creating promotional materials, blog posts, and product descriptions that reflect our brand’s values and mission.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Compliance and Best Practices:

· Follow company policies and guidelines in all e-commerce and social media activities.

· Maintain awareness of social media trends and best practices to enhance the company’s online presence.

Qualities required

· Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipcart, Amazon) and social media marketing.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g.,

Canva) is a plus.

· Detail-oriented with a passion for health and wellness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
