Join our team to contribute to the growthof our digital marketplace.Job Title: E-Commerce Category Coordinator (Entry-Level / Fresher Welcome)OverviewThe E-Commerce Category Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting category operations,managing listings, and driving the growth of our online marketplace. The position is suitable for freshgraduates with excellent communication skills as well as those with up to 2 years of experienceseeking to enhance their e-commerce career.Key Responsibilities Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations andtimely execution of category tasks and initiatives. Assist with managing product and category listings, ensuring all information is accurate,complete, and adheres to best e-commerce practices. Monitor and report on category performance by tracking metrics like sales trends, inventory,and customer feedback. Support promotional activities and optimize product categories through updates, pricingadjustments, and basic SEO practices. Stay updated on social media and e-commerce trends, and use insights to inform categorydecisions. Communicate clearly via email, phone, and meetings with both internal and externalstakeholders.Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are critical,especially for freshers. Experience: 0-2 years in e-commerce, category management, or related online business roles.Skills Tech-savvy with interest in digital platforms and social media. Strong multitasking and coordination ability. Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts and terminology (freshers will receive trainingas needed). Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and basic reporting tools. Quick learner with analytical and problem-solving mindset.Attributes Deadline-oriented and results-driven. Proactive and responsible in follow-ups and execution. Collaborative team player, eager to develop in a fast-paced environment. CTC ₹1.8–₹3.6 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and communication ability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
