E-commerce Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support our operations across multiple international marketplaces. This is a growth-focused role ideal for someone with foundational experience in online selling platforms who’s ready to take ownership with guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations across global e-commerce platforms
• Create and optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
• Support order processing, shipment creation, and tracking workflows
• Generate performance reports and analyze advertising metrics
• Respond to customer queries, reviews, and return requests
• Help run paid advertising campaigns and coordinate promotional activities
• Collaborate with internal teams for product content and pricing updates
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and operational guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with online selling tools and workflows (listing, inventory, reporting, fulfillment)
• Understanding of advertising campaigns and performance tracking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
