E-commerce Assistant

The e-commerce assistant position at The RawLogic in Tirupur is an exciting opportunity for a motivated fresher with basic computer knowledge to join our growing e-commerce brand specializing in skincare and handmade products. As an e-commerce assistant, you will play a key role in managing our online store and daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in uploading and updating product listings on the website, managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, processing customer orders, coordinating with the packaging team, handling basic data entry tasks, maintaining records in spreadsheets, responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, assisting in basic photo editing and content uploads for social media, monitoring order fulfillment, coordinating with delivery partners, and performing other administrative tasks as required. We welcome freshers with no prior experience to apply for this role. Basic knowledge of computers and the internet is required, and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online shopping platforms is a plus. You should have a good typing speed, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and strong communication skills in English and the local language.
