Your main focus will be creating visually compelling social media content, particularly Instagram Reels, to enhance your brands online presence and engage your target audience. Your responsibilities will include designing and creating high-quality social media graphics, editing and producing engaging videos for Instagram Reels, collaborating with the marketing team to align designs with the companys marketing goals, staying updated on social media trends, and ensuring all designs meet the brands aesthetic, tone, and messaging guidelines. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a graphic designer, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InShot, a solid understanding of Instagram's features and trends, strong creative and conceptual thinking, ability to work under tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills. Preferred skills include experience in branding, digital marketing, and content creation, familiarity with design tools like Canva, Illustrator, or After Effects, and knowledge of social media metrics to increase engagement.
