Designer / Social Media Manager

As a Designer cum Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our brand's online presence by focusing on content creation and daily social media execution. Your responsibilities will include: - **Content Creation & Design (Daily):** - Design and produce engaging visual content for daily posting on all social media platforms, primarily Instagram. - Create various formats such as Instagram posts, Reels, Carousel posts, Stories, and short videos. - Ensure all visual content is on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for each platform's specifications. - **Video Production & Editing:** - Conceptualize, shoot (if necessary), and edit original video content for Reels and other short-video formats. - Stay updated with trending audio, transitions, and video styles to enhance reach and engagement. - **Social Media Management:** - Schedule and publish content daily on designated channels. - Assist in developing the monthly content calendar based on marketing objectives and seasonal trends. - Engage with the audience by monitoring comments and messages to foster community growth. - **Trend Monitoring & Creativity:** - Generate fresh ideas for reels and short videos that resonate with the target audience. - Research and implement best practices, current trends, and algorithm changes continuously. As part of the role, you are required to have the following skills and tools: - **Design & Editing Proficiency (Mandatory):** - Strong working knowledge and proven experience using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop for Graphic Design. - Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar professional video editing tools. - **Social Media Acumen:** - Deep understanding of the Instagram platform, including features, metrics, and content optimization techniques. - **Creativity:** - A portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design and video work is highly preferred. - **Communication:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting engaging captions and interacting with followers.
