Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:


1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    Meta Ads

    (Facebook/Instagram) for website and marketplace sales.
  • Manage

    Google Ads

    and

    YouTube Ads

    across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video formats.
  • Build and scale ad funnels (

    TOF, MOF, BOF

    ) with creatives, copy, and retargeting strategies.
  • Run performance campaigns on

    quick-commerce platforms

    (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto) and

    marketplaces

    (Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Analyze campaign performance to optimize

    CAC, ROAS, AOV, and CTRs

    .


2. Digital Growth & SEO

  • Develop and implement a strong

    SEO strategy

    (on-page SEO, blogs, backlinks, keyword optimization).
  • Increase

    organic traffic

    and improve

    Google rankings

    for FMCG/D2C-related keywords.
  • Enhance

    brand visibility

    across marketplaces with keyword-rich content and optimized ads.


3. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Create

    content calendars

    for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the design team for

    ad creatives, reels, visuals, and product storytelling

    .
  • Build

    social-first campaigns

    aligned with performance marketing objectives.
  • Drive

    engagement

    through festival campaigns, product launches, and brand narratives.


4. Data & Reporting

  • Track and report

    weekly performance metrics

    (Meta, Google, Marketplaces, SEO, Social Media).
  • Analyze

    funnel performance

    (Impressions → CTR → Add to Cart → Purchases).
  • Recommend

    creative and audience experiments

    based on data insights.
  • Work with analytics tools like

    GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, Blinkit dashboards, SEMrush/Ahrefs

    .


Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience managing ads & listings (Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit).
  • Strong understanding of FMCG trends, seasonal demand & mega sales processes.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Excel, Brand Analytics, campaign dashboards).
  • Creative problem solver with fresh ideas & testing strategies.
  • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
