We are actively expanding across major marketplaces. We're now seeking a results-driven professional to help scale our brand presence and boost online sales through strategic ad management and marketplace optimization. Role Overview: We are hiring a performance-focused, creatively inclined, and experienced individual to manage marketplace advertising, optimize listings, and strategize for mega sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, a creative mindset, and prior experience in handling FMCG products on various e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Smytten, and JioMart . Continuously track metrics like ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions to improve ad performance. Run A/B tests and audience segmentation strategies. Sales & Performance Analysis: Conduct regular campaign reviews and performance reporting. Offer insights for scaling ad spends and improving targeting. Study market trends and competitor ads for benchmarking. Content & Keyword Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research for ads and listings. Coordinate with the creative team for compelling and compliant ad copies and creatives. Listing & Marketplace Operations: Ensure optimized listings with relevant titles, images, bullet points, and keywords. Maintain accuracy and performance across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub , and other panels. Handle deal inputs , campaign registrations , and listing updates during mega sales like Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, Blinkit Grocery Days, etc. Sales Event Planning: Prepare and submit required documentation and configurations for event-based sales, Lightning Deals, and platform-led campaigns . Collaborate with operations and stock teams to align stock levels and promotions during key sale events. Requirements: 1+ years of experience managing ads and listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc. Deep understanding of FMCG market behavior and seasonal demand. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel, Brand Analytics, or campaign dashboards . Solid understanding of mega sales, deal input procedures, and listing protocols . A creative problem solver who brings fresh strategies and testing ideas. Decent communication skills to work with internal teams and vendors effectively. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
