E-Commerce Account Handler

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled E-commerce Account Handler to manage our Myntra panel operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of listing, pricing, discounts, Myntra advertisements, order boost campaigns, payment reconciliation, and inventory management, with the ability to drive brand growth and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on the Myntra panel to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Plan and implement pricing and discount strategies to stay competitive and boost sales.
• Create and manage Myntra advertisements and order boost campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain stock accuracy and prevent order cancellations.
• Coordinate order management, returns, and escalations to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct payment reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with the finance/accounts team.
• Track and analyze sales reports and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Work on brand development strategies to improve visibility, ranking, and sales growth.
• Stay updated with Myntra’s latest tools, policies, and marketplace trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Myntra account operations.
• Strong knowledge of listing, discounts, pricing, Myntra Ads, and order boost tools.
• Experience in inventory management and payment reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace dashboards.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on brand growth.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling other marketplaces like Flipkart, Ajio will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of competitor analysis and sales growth strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
