E-commerce Account Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, and other marketplaces
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing)
• Monitor and manage order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
• Analyze sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
• Run and monitor paid campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
• Ensure account health, compliance with platform policies, and resolve any issues or suspensions
• Identify new trends and suggest product/category expansion
• Work closely with content, design, and operations teams to improve visibility and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in handling e-commerce marketplace accounts
• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Etsy Shop Manager, etc.
• Good knowledge of SEO for product listings
• Strong Excel and report analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
