Job Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices, and related documentation.

2. Handle E-commerce platform operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Shopify, etc.), ensuring smooth coordination with accounts and operations teams.

3. Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and other transactions across multiple e commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in accounting records.

4. Manage payment gateways and ensure timely collection, reconciliation, and settlement of payments.

5. Track, monitor, and report on marketplace fees, deductions, chargebacks, and other financial adjustments.

6. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements related to e-commerce transactions.

• Required Skills:

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Advance Excel).

2. Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Tata, Shopify, Shiprocket, Razorpay and Simpl) and their financial operations.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Minimum 1+years of relevant experience in E-commerce Accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
