Skills Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM Technical Experience in implementation and maintenance of dynamics CRM platforms.

Role

  • [Responsibilities and Duties]:
  • Fit Gap analysis and estimation of as-is system to Dynamics.
  • Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Support team members on Technical solutioning when needed.
  • Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.
  • Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented environme
