Possess deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseGood knowledge in CoPilot and AI related initiativesParticipate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, and presentations to prospective clientsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrationsWell versed and experienced in 3-4 implementation projects from scratchExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teamsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challengesTranslate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teamsCollaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needsGlobal experience and working in diversified environment
