Job Description

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Scrum Master We are seeking a skilled and certified Scrum Master with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead and facilitate agile practices within our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing D365 projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and clear Remove obstacles that are hindering the team's progress Foster team collaboration and ensure effective communication within the team Coach and mentor team members to encourage self-organization and continuous improvement Monitor team progress using metrics like burndown charts or velocity to ensure timely delivery Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations Ensure proper documentation of key Scrum artifacts (e.g., Sprint Backlog, Product Backlog, Increment) Help resolve conflicts and encourage constructive problem-solving within the team
