Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Finance & Operations)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in Finance & Operations (F&O) with high-level knowledge of CRM. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, leveraging their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and enhance system functionality aligned with organizational goals. Experience: 7+ years Location: 100% Remote Shift Timing: Flexible (Mountain and Central Time Zones up to 11 PM IST) Project Duration: 12+ months (renewable) Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for internal Dynamics 365 implementation and customization projects. Gather and analyze customer sales data to provide actionable insights and solutions. Facilitate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions effectively, ensuring clear communication and robust knowledge sharing. Provide expert-level functional consulting in Dynamics 365 F&O, with strong proficiency in General Ledger (GL), Financial Modules, and Transportation Management. Assist project scheduling, management, and execution across multiple client locations. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate complex business processes into Dynamics 365 system solutions. Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops as required to meet client-specific objectives. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of finance modules, General Ledger (GL), transportation management, and related business processes. Proven ability to lead UAT, manage project timelines, and deliver system enhancements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analyst skills with a high technical aptitude. Exceptional communication skills, with experience in knowledge sharing and training. Comfortable working remotely across Mountain and Central Time Zones, with flexibility up to 11 PM IST.
