Job Description

Job Summary:

Deputy Regional Sales Manager (Dy.RSM)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives for General Trade.
Drive primary and secondary sales targets across Punjab
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of ASMs, SOs, TSIs, and field force to maximize productivity.
Ensure effective distributor and retail management; identify, appoint and review distribution network.
Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and consumer behavior; provide timely feedback to management.
Ensure strong in-market execution of trade marketing and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure optimum stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
Regularly review sales KPIs and take corrective action wherever necessary.
Conduct periodic market visits to monitor operations and improve market relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 13 years of experience in FMCG sales with strong exposure to
General Trade
.
Must have handled a region/state and managed a team.
Strong understanding of Punjab markets, with a network of distributors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
