Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non clinical hiring, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective candidates from various sources (including but not limited to Job Boards / Social Media / Head Hunting / Referal Programs.
Presenting shortlisted candidates with profile summaries to the hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their fit for the role.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, revenue per recruiter, etc.) and present periodic reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, and data confidentiality norms.
Manage MIS, dashboards, and recruitment trackers for transparency and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on doctor hiring.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Good in Data analytics tools like MS Excel, Dashboards
