KEY RESULTS: 1. Will be responsible for optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating KEY ACTIVITIES: 1. Supervise and manage the fabrication QA team. 2. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products. 3. Develop and Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the fabrication process. 4. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations. 5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to team members. Preferred candidate profile Candidate from Transformer Industry will be preferred.
