Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Officer located in Kota. The Duty Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards. Duties also include handling customer feedback, coordinating with the management team, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. The Duty Officer plays a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

➡Build guest connect by interacting with at least 5 guests on a daily basis

➡Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of operations.

➡Ensures cleanliness and hygiene in BO, Concessions, audis, washrooms, lobby ,exit.

➡Responsible for monitoring and minimizing departmental costs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service
• Prior experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
• Graduation/ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Candidates Must be from Hospitality Background/QSR/Retail.
