Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Raviz Hotels & Resorts, located in Kerala, India. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and resolving guest issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, handling guest complaints and inquiries, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests throughout their stay. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Experience in hotel operations and hospitality management Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong communication skills in multiple languages are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry Knowledge of hotel management software applications Show more Show less
