Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Raviz Hotels & Resorts, located in Kerala, India. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and resolving guest issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, handling guest complaints and inquiries, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests throughout their stay.
