Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly
sales targets
for
Home Loan and LAP products
.
Build a strong pipeline through
connectors, builders, DSA networks
, and open market sourcing.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify new clients through field visits, cold calling, and reference networking.
Develop and maintain
productive business relationships
with channel partners to drive consistent lead flow.
Channel Development:
Onboard and manage
DSAs and connectors
as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with
builder sales teams
for lead generation and conversion support.
Process Adherence:
Ensure strict adherence to
KYC norms, documentation standards
, and company credit policies.
Follow up with internal stakeholders (credit, legal, operations) for faster processing and disbursal.
Customer Support:
Guide customers through the
entire loan process
from application to disbursement.
Address client queries with professionalism and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:
25 years in
Home Loan or LAP sales
, preferably with exposure to builder, DSA, or connector networks.
Education:
Graduation in any stream (mandatory). Candidates with a finance or business background preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of
home loan and LAP products
Field sales experience and ability to work under pressure
Relationship-building and networking capabilities
