Job Description

Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Fulfilment
: Handle
B2B orders
from Q-Commerce and Modern Trade (MT) clients. Coordinate daily deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch and follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders.
Customer Relationship Management
: Build strong rapport with both new and existing clients. Onboard new retail vendors, pushcart sellers, and small wholesalers, serving as a primary point of contact for sales and service support.
Market Intelligence & Price Monitoring
: Track daily market prices and competitor offerings. Provide actionable insights to assist the pricing and sourcing teams.
Stock Management
: Manage the liquidation of B-grade and excess inventory to pushcart vendors and local markets. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow.
Collections & Payments
: Ensure timely
payment collection
from all customers and maintain basic records and reports on collections.
