Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and manage them effectively for various loan products - Connect with potential clients and assist them in securing personal loans - Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the loan application process - Provide detailed information on loan products and financial services - Manage loan documentation processes efficiently - Follow up on client inquiries to ensure a seamless loan application experience Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and financial institution interaction - Knowledge and experience in financial services, personal loans, and related products - Ability to identify, generate, and manage leads for loan products - Strong organizational skills for efficient handling of loan documentation and application processes - Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools or loan application software, is preferred - Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and professional handling of customer queries - Prior experience as a DSA or in the financial industry is an advantage - Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred,
