Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan for a DSA Personal Loan professional. The role includes generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and assisting them with securing personal loans from leading financial institutions. The individual will also be responsible for building lasting client relationships, providing detailed information about loan products, managing loan documentation processes, and following up on client inquiries to ensure a smooth loan application process. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and financial institutions. Knowledge and experience in financial services, personal loans, and related products. Ability to identify, generate, and manage leads for loan products. Strong organizational skills to handle loan documentation and application processes efficiently. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools or loan application software, is preferred. Proactive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to handle customer queries professionally. Prior experience as a DSA or in the financial industry is an advantage. Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
