Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the vendor-driven driver hiring channel in Kolkata. Identify, onboard, and activate new vendor partners to expand sourcing capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure sustained performance. Set clear expectations and targets for vendors and ensure they are met consistently. Drive motivation and engagement among vendor partners through regular connects, updates, and problem-solving. Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly hiring numbers through vendors. Identify and resolve any bottlenecks or underperformance issues with vendors. Collaborate with internal recruitment, operations, and field sales teams to align hiring efforts. Regularly report performance metrics and improvement plans to leadership. Requirements:-• 3 to 6 years of experience in blue-collar Driver recruitment through vendor partners experience in driver hiring is a strong advantage.• Strong network of driver sourcing vendors/agencies in Kolkata• Proven track record of driving hiring numbers through vendor channels.• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.• Data-driven approach to tracking performance and taking corrective action.• Comfortable with on-ground travel within Kolkata to meet and manage vendor partners.
