Responsible for safely transporting passengers or cargo using a company or personal vehicle, adhering to schedules and traffic laws, maintaining the vehicle, and ensuring a clean, courteous service. Core Responsibilities Operate assigned vehicle(s) safely and legally Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge Pick up and drop off passengers/cargo on time Assist with loading/unloading luggage/passengers Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tyre pressure) Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior Keep records of mileage, fuel consumption, trips, and maintenance Report accidents, breakdowns, or rule violations promptly resources. Provide professional customer service and respect passenger privacy Adapt to route changes, traffic, weather, and unexpected situations Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for vehicle type) Clean driving record, no major accidents or violations 1–2 years driving experience preferred (more for commercial/chauffeur roles) Physical ability to lift luggage/cargo and remain focused during long drives Knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and GPS navigation systems Basic mechanical aptitude for minor checks/repairs Good communication, reliability, time-management, and customer-service skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays Ability to remain calm under stress/emergencies Preferred Skills (for Personal/Chauffeur Roles) Discretion and respect for client confidentiality Neat, professional appearance and demeanor business.
