Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our tendering and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in document preparation, tender submissions, office coordination, and general administration tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth functioning of daily business activities and timely tender submissions in the construction domain. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and organizing tender documents , including forms, affidavits, declarations, and annexures. Download tender documents from government e-portals (e.g., CPPP, GeM, State PWD portals) and maintain a tracking sheet. Ensure timely collection, printing, scanning, and submission of all relevant documents. Handle vendor registrations , client empanelment , and maintain credentials for tender portals. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to collect necessary information for bid submissions. Maintain physical and digital records of tenders , correspondence, and project documents. Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing , data entry , stationery procurement , courier dispatch , and general upkeep . Liaise with clients, consultants, and government offices for follow-ups and documentation. Assist in arranging meetings, travel bookings, and schedules for tender-related site visits or presentations. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.A / BBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in admin or tender coordination roles, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and working knowledge of e-tendering platforms . Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with e-procurement processes and public sector tender documentation. Typing speed and accuracy for data/document entry tasks. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
