Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Draftsman at SRI YUG CONSTRUCTIONS PVT. LTD., located in Patna with some work from home acceptable. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing architectural drawings, revising designs as per feedback, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, and collaborating with project teams to develop and finalize designs. The role also involves documenting changes, managing project files, and assisting with project planning and design research.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing skills
Experience in architectural drawing and design
Familiarity with building codes and construction standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to interpret and analyze data and technical information
Strong attention to detail and precision
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Relevant qualification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in construction or related industry is a plus
