About the Role

Software Developer – .NET

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers.
Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications.
Define system architecture and ensure alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Oversee software project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications and services.
Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest tech trends and bring innovation to the table.

Key Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
Strong command of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience working with SQL Server / MySQL and complex SQL queries.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred).
Familiarity with Git/SVN and CI/CD pipelines.
Frontend tech experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React).
Background in ITS/ITMS is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
