About the Role

Senior .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

NICE CXone & IVR Development

• Design, develop, and maintain

  NICE CXone Studio scripts

  for routing, IVR flows, and channel workflows.
• Configure call flows including prompts, menus, skills, queues, and routing logic.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CXone scripts for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the CX/Contact Center team to translate business requirements into technical IVR logic.

.NET Development

• Develop and maintain backend services using

  C# and .NET (Core/Framework)

  .
• Build and improve integrations between CXone and internal/external systems.
• Implement business logic, data access layers, and reusable components.
• Ensure code quality through best practices like SOLID, clean architecture, and unit testing.

System Integrations

• Work with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  to integrate with CRMs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Develop secure and scalable service endpoints for IVR workflows.
• Manage authentication, error handling, logging, and data transformations.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical tasks and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across IVR, backend APIs, and integration points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, CX, and IT Ops.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on programming experience in .NET (C#)

  .
• Good understanding of

  REST and SOAP APIs

  , micro-integration patterns, and data exchange protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of

  database concepts (SQL)

• Experience working with cloud-hosted or distributed systems is a plus.

  NICE CXone Scripting, Studio tools, and IVR design
