Dot Net Technical Lead

As a .NET Technical Lead at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of developers, actively contributing to coding, architecture, and best practices in the .NET ecosystem, cloud technologies, microservices, and DevOps practices. - Able to take up coding tasks - Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices - Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications - Make key technical decisions related to design, architecture, and infrastructure - Drive code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization - Develop and maintain high-quality .NET Core / .NET 4+ applications - Implement microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions (Azure) - Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server PostgreSQL - Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React and Angular - Expertise in Microservices Architecture, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Kubernetes/Docker - Strong database skills in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues - Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills - Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Azure or AWS - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins - Optimize applications for scalability, security, and performance - Work closely with Onsite(United States) product managers, Developers, UX designers, and QA team - Follow Agile Scrum development methodologies - Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in software development with .NET technologies Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka, exposure to AI/ML integrations, and familiarity with Arc GIS would be beneficial for this role.,
