Dot Net Technical Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsdevelopers, architects, QA, and stakeholders—to define requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  
• Provide technical guidance in Microsoft .NET, MS SQL, ASP.NET Core, and Azure, supporting problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical decisions.
  
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating updates, progress, and risks.
  
• Conduct regular project status meetings and deliver comprehensive progress reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
  
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in .NET, SQL, ASP.NET Core, and Azure, applying relevant insights to project execution.
  
• Partner with AI and LLM teams to build context-aware data pipelines and contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) initiatives.
  
• Support deployment, monitoring, and optimization of LLM-powered applications.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to LLM-driven architectures and GenAI product integration.
  
• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or embedding-based search systems.
  
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts or a strong willingness to learn.
  
• Experience handling end-to-end projects; R&D project experience is an added advantage.
